People often wonder how come I’m often so relaxed when I have things on my plate like running a new company.

Actually, if I had the same mindset I had a couple of years ago, I wouldn’t have been able to stay resilient to all the heart-breaking problems that startups bring in the early days.

I started (very) actively working on maintaining my tranquility after coming across this sentence in Dale Carnegie’s great book How to Stop Worrying and Start Living:

“Those who do not know how to fight worry, die young”

And it’s true. Numerous studies tell that worry badly affects your physical body. We all know that.

For me, my business and career is important, but health comes first.

Prioritising your career over your health is ipso facto a paradox. The poorer your health is, the poorer your mental performance (and thus your work) will be.

If you’re convinced, I’d highly recommend checking out Dale’s book. It’s life-changing.
